The client was looking to renovate their existing unfinished attic space to be used as a play space for their children and an extra social space when entertaining guests. The existing chimney and roof ties were preserved and showcased, with added storage in each wall. The current exposed plumbing piping was covered and utilized for a new full bath to accommodate when guests enjoy an extended stay.
