The client was looking to maximize their views down to the water as well as adding more interior space for entertaining guests while still maintaining the overall roof form of the structure.

Elements such as the existing fireplace and chimney were to remain, as such we were required to further edit our renderings in Photoshop to be able to show the client what their new Living Room and Kitchen will look like around the fireplace they already had, making it feel like the new space had been in their home all along.
