Being in the heart of downtown Essex, CT, this project had many issues needing to be resolved with 3D imaging. The interior was to be fully gutted and renovated with a two-story addition being added to the back of the house, connecting with the detached garage and added second floor. The addition and added outdoor lap pool and patio space required much earthwork to be done in the backyard to accommodate the necessary structure while providing a continuous path through the backyard space.

Given that Downtown Essex is a Historical District, the project had to comply with exterior historical requirements, so images were needed to show committee that the design would comply with such standards.
